Fred and Donna were the most Professional, and helpful real estate agents I've every worked with. It took us over 2 yrs to purchase a house because of our business not being located in Florida, but Fred and Donna didn't hesitate to help us out after so many declines on loans. They are so knowledgable about the State and local, laws for houses to be in compliance, they just gave us great honest advice at every turn of purchasing our dream house in the Keys.

I listed with the Mullins Team for my home on Cudjoe Key. They came with all the paperwork on a Friday and showed the house on a Tuesday. We were under contract in less than one week! They do a separate website for your property with its own URL. Incredible!

Fred and Donna Mullins are great honest people!!! They have assisted in the purchase of 3 homes in the Keys for myself and my family. Couldn't be happier!! Also Fred knows secret grouper spots that could be a good bargaining chip when planning your move. Would not use any other agent in the Florida Keys.
